RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
All refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Because ULUTECH provides digital credits rather than physical goods, no item needs to be shipped or returned. Refunds are available for credits that have not yet been spent or used, subject to the exceptions below.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please email us at hello@ulutech.co with your order details (such as the email address used at purchase and the approximate date of purchase). We will review your request and respond by email.
REFUND PROCESSING
After receiving and reviewing your request, we will process eligible refunds. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we receive your request for us to process it. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following cannot be refunded:
- Credits that have already been spent or used
- Credits consumed by an initiated analysis task
PLEASE NOTE
- ULUTECH provides digital credits, not physical goods. All analysis runs locally in your browser and no product is shipped. Credits are consumed when an analysis task is initiated, before it completes, and spent credits are non-refundable.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's refund process, and your statutory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
